Program Implementation

We leverage three critical factors to implement leadership development: assessment, assignment and association. These critical factors are articulated to clients as the AAA model: First, assessments are administered to the leader, and the results are used to identify opportunities for growth. Next, work assignments that provide stretch-goals are explored and identified. And finally, leaders develop associations that provide coaching or mentoring in the areas identified for improvement. There are frequent follow-ups to gauge progress and guide the leader(s) towards success.
